When will my order arrive after I placed order?

Your Essentials & More will be shipped out within approximately 5-7 business days of when you purchase.(Unless you are pre ordering, then your product will be delivered as mentioned on ad; please also note possible delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances) Here’s a quick guide to our order and delivery timeline:

  • Your order will be packed with the optimal amount of dry ice so that your meat arrives cold.
  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
  • Most orders are delivered 1-3 days after they ship. Our carriers typically deliver between 8am-8pm, with a small number of deliveries occurring outside of those hours. Check your tracking information to follow your order!

Why should I subscribe?

As we all know, the meat market has been crazy in the past few years, and prices continue to rise. Subscribing to one of our bundles or boxes locks in our best market price (and an extra 15% off once we have the Final Prices and % ) so you never have to worry about overpaying for meat at the grocery store again. You have the ability to choose between 4, 6, & 8 week delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking email with a tracking number so you know when to expect your order. (Please pay attention to the delivery time, so you can timely put the food in the freezer)

How is each cut of meat in the box packaged?

Each cut of meat is vacuum sealed and flash-frozen. This is the safest way for us to package the meat. It also allows you to store it for up to a year and makes meal prep, thawing, and portion control very easy.

Will my order arrive frozen?

When delivered on time and retrieved within 6-8 hours of delivery, your Essential products should arrive refrigerator cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer. Your meats could arrive partly frozen (solid) or frozen and can be placed in the freezer for later use.
